Where are Loma Negra’s corporate headquarters?

Our headquarters and commercial offices are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The address is:

We also operate nine factories in Argentina, in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Neuquén, San Juan and Catamarca, as well concrete plants in the Buenos Aires and Rosario.

Through our subsidiary Cofesur S.A., we control Ferrosur Roca S.A., a company that operates the rail network Railroad Roca, allowing access to several of the Loma Negra’s cement plants to the rail network, and own Recycomb S.A., a corporation engaged in the treatment and recycling of industrial waste intended to be used as fuel or raw material.

Loma Negra’s shares trade on the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A (BYMA) and its ADRs trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The ticker symbol for both Exchanges is “LOMA.”

When did the company´s shares begin to trade?

Our Initial Public Offering, in which our shares began trading on both the Buenos Aires and New York Stock Exchanges took place on November 1, 2017.

Corporate Governance

Do all shareholders have the same voting rights?

The company does not have different classes of shares. Each ordinary share confers on the holder the right to one vote at a meeting per share on all matters to be voted on by shareholders.

How many Directors are on LOMA NEGRA’S Board, and how long is the term of each Director?

Our by-laws provide that our board of directors consists of a minimum of three and up to fourteen members. A total of nine directors are currently members of the company’s Board of Directors. The Directors are elected at the general shareholders’ meetings for a term of one fiscal year and are eligible for reelection. Please click here for a list of our current directors.

Currently four, or 44%, of our nine directors are independent.
